You’re a HOOT, Valentine!

 Copy and paste the colored or black and white owl patterns. Cut them out, punch holes near claws, and thread Pixy Stix through the holes. (Pinch one end together to make for easier threading.)  They’re a hoot ‘n’a holler to make and give!
